This study aims to understand and examine the influence of Work Culture K3 on performance PT Darmex Oil & Fats employees. research method is descriptive quantitative. The population in were all production employees Bekasi Branch, with a total sample 41 respondents. analytical technique used this uses Partial Least Square. results show that work culture has positive effect employee performance, as well occupational safety health (K3) performance. In conclusion, able contribute Branch. Also, Branch.
